Professor Jonathan Swarts, Dean of the College at PNW Hammond and an expert in International Relations, will present this program at PNW-Westville campus at the Dworkin Center. This is a civics educational lecture co-sponsored by PNW and LWV-La Porte County. Although this is an important topic at any time, the advent of the war in Ukraine has brought the contrast between these two systems of governance to the forefront.
